Pre-Purchase Survey

The pre-purchase survey inspection includes: Inspection and operation of all equipment and systems while the vessel is in water: Electrical Systems, Navigation, Spars & Rigging, Propulsion System, Fuel System, all Machinery & Electronics. Oil Samples are taken from the main engines and gearboxes for laboratory testing.

An out of water inspection of the running gear and a sounding of hull is carried out including ultrasound inspections and moisture levels measurement. The quality of interior fixtures and fittings and standards of fit out is assessed. Sea Trials can be organized at the client's request. A certificate of valuation based on the current market conditions can be provided on demand. Clients receive a pdf version of the detailed and photographic report with 24 hours, and the legal, bound hard copy is mailed with 48 hours.
